With very little published data about DIPG, The Fly A Kite Foundation will conduct several annual studies in an effort to better understand the basic trends in the disease. The goal is to share the findings with approved methodologies that provide a deeper look into the world of DIPG from different points of view.
Our hope is to help bridge the communication between and raise awareness with the medical clinicians, pharmaceutical companies, government agencies and families of children who have been diagnosed with DIPG or other rare brain cancers. We want to make people aware of each other’s challenges, obstacles, thoughts, positions and insights in a single effort towards the cure and care of families with pediatric brain cancer.
